Things to know about me…

Some of my earliest memories are of creating art & can’t imagine my life without it.

I fully believe that there is an artist in all of us & that we just need to tickle that inner artist out & let them play.

I went to Green Mountain College for Fine Art & went on to Bridgewater University to major in Fine Art with a minor in Psychology.

While waitressing to pay for school an opportunity to take over a restaurant in Falmouth, Ma began a detour that saw very little art in my life until 2020 when the pandemic hit & in the unknown chaos of lockdown I found myself no longer willing to ignore the pull back to an easel.

I ordered watercolor paints & supplies & never looked back.

I found my way to plein air painting & the challenge of painting outside is where my biggest growth spurts as an artist happen.

While watercolor remains my medium of choice for plein air painting, my studio work also includes, gouache, acrylics & oils.

If I’m not painting you can find my in the kitchen, garden, hiking with my dog Finley Beans, enjoying live music with my husband Chris or working on my first picture book that I am writing & illustrating.
